We welcome the strong commitment in the King’s Speech to protect and strengthen social housing, alongside the Government’s continued focus on raising standards and driving the delivery of more affordable homes.

New restrictions on right to buy give us the confidence to invest for the longer term, knowing that stock we develop won’t be lost before its benefits have been fully realised by those in the greatest need.
